
Payment Guidelines
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments made to the North Bengal Tourist Transport Operators Association (NBTTOA). By proceeding with any payment, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.
02Payment Methods
Payments can be made through secure online gateways supporting credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital methods. Availability of specific payment options depends on the payment gateway providers and banking institutions.
03Charges & Taxes
All applicable transaction charges, gateway fees, and taxes will be borne by the payer. These charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or disputes.
04Refund Policy
All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
In case a new membership application is not approved by the executive committee, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting applicable transaction charges.
No refund will be issued if a member voluntarily leaves the association after joining.
05Disputes & Jurisdiction
Users are advised to verify payment status after 24 hours if any amount is deducted but not confirmed.
Any payment-related queries must be reported within 7 days from the date of transaction.
All disputes arising from transactions shall fall under the jurisdiction of Siliguri.
In case of duplicate transactions, the extra amount will be refunded within 15–20 working days to the original payment source.
NBTTOA shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of this platform.
